A Competent Mineral Asset Valuator and Analyst with more than 10 years exposure in both Mine Management and Mining Private Equity. William is holder of a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management with a major in Finance from Chinhoyi University in Zimbabwe, Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Mining Engineering for the University of Zimbabwe, Executive Certificate in Investments and Portfolio Management from the University of Zimbabwe and an Investment Banking Certificate in Financial Modelling and Valuation from the Investment Banking Institute. He is current studying an MSc (Eng.) in Valuation of Mineral Asset with the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa and pursuing the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Designation with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst.
His key areas of expertise lie in the combination of his skills in Mining Engineering, Financial Modelling and Valuation from which he has consolidated his expertise in Mineral Asset Valuations, Mining Financial Modelling, Minerals Industry Research, Mine Due Diligences, Mine Enterprise and Financial Risk Analysis. He has keen interests in Mining Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments, Public Reporting of Mineral Assets Valuations in accordance to the International Guidelines, Codes and Standards. For charity he is involved in teaching at Mining Schools in Africa. William is a member of the African Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (AACVA), Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) and the Association of Mining Analysts (AMA).
A Competent Geologist with more than 25 years of experience in Minerals Exploration and Resource Evaluation. Joseph is a holder of a BSc Honours Degree in Geology from the University of Zimbabwe and MBA (Finance) from the Zimbabwe Open University. He has a diverse exposure on various mineral commodities which includes gold, copper, iron, emeralds and platinum. He started his career in 1986 as a mine geologist for Rio Tinto’s Renco mine and joined falcon in 1988 where he roKse and became the head of geology. In 1999 he was elevated to resident geologist where he made a number of mineral resource discoveries that enhanced organization value. In 2007 he joined Konkola copper mines in Zambia as senior geologist operations where he was responsible for resource and reserve estimation and reporting. Prior to joining Resources Capital Management he also worked for Anesu Gold in 2009 as the Exploration and Technical Services Manager. Joseph is a member of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions.
